Pasquale Esposito established NMAO in 2012. Esposito graduated with distinction from San Jose State University’s School of Music with a degree in vocal performance in 2009. Esposito is responsible for developing and implementing the Notable Music Academy’s programs. His focus has been to provide an effective means to celebrate music and performing arts and education in order to enrich and improve the lives of thousands of socioeconomically disadvantaged students. He has implemented and provided individual voice lessons for the students, which has contributed to substantial decrease in absenteeism and truancies, gang violence, bullying, and drop out rates, while increasing academic achievement, self-esteem and leadership skills.
He has directed and produced four successful PBS Specials providing cultural programming for the public. The television specials were included in PBS pledge fundraising that raised over $1,000,000 for PBS stations nationally between 2015 and 2022. All four specials broadcasted in more than 25 of the top US markets.
Esposito continues to collaborate with a multitude of nonprofit board of directors to formulate long-range planning objectives to champion the development and stewardship of current and future educational programs, in order to identify new funding sources and focus areas in need. He contracts and manages all personnel from pre to post production for Music festivals, recording projects, and concert events. Esposito also provides the structure for an effective means of communication for NMAO to interface between the schools, technical crews, and administrative bodies to insure a quality performance environment at the various mentoring, vocal coaching, and practice sessions and live performances.
